Co-active Coaching® makes no distinction between personal and professional development. My work focusses on the person,
as a whole.You are naturally creative, already resourceful, capable of finding your own answers to any challenges.
My job as your coach will be to help you to concentrate on the goals that you want to attain and the values that you want to uphold.
The sessions

A coaching cycle is six one-hour sessions, plus a first, free session so that we can get to know one another

Who I work with
My coaching sessions help women working in all sectors to reduce inequalities in the workplace, boost their decision-making power and rebalance their private and professional lives, so that they can regain control of their lives. I work mainly with home-makers, self-employed women, doctors, police officers, police officers, social workers, teachers, nurses, politicians, aid workers and lawyers, but also with all sorts of other people.

I have travelled the world as an international aid worker and a consultant for important humanitarian projects.I love nature and animals.
